Marquette University HS grads Dineen and Salemme Announce Plans

Marquette Univerity high school graduates and state placewinners, Tom Dineen and Andrew Salemme, have announced their post-high school education and wrestling plans.

State placeinner and two-time state qualifier Tom Dineen will make 18-19 a ‘GAP’ year and travel overseas to train at two Olympic Training Centers in Germany. The training centers are RKG Freiburg 2000 and 1. Luckenwalder SC (descriptions below)
Dineen compiled a high school career record of

Andrew Salemme, Marquette University High School
State 220 pound runner-up Andrew Salemme will attend school and wrestling at the University of Wisconsin.
Beginning a wrestling career as a high school freshman and weathering a sub .500 freshman season, Salemme went on to accumulate a two year varsity career record of 83-9 and a senior campaign record of 47-3.

Prior to entering college Tom will take a ‘GAP’ year to train in Germany at the German Olympic Training Centers, RKG Freiburg 2000 and 1. Luckenwalder SC (see descriptions below)
Even with a shorter than usual senior season on the mat, due to injury, Dineen compiled a career record of 119-31
