You have all seen a "head throw". 

Everyone says it is a bad move, but once you stop and think about it, it is not all that bad of a move.  You’re down by five, with 10 seconds, on your feet, go for it.

Some coaches don’t even teach this move!  I will admit, it only works every once in a while in high school. 

There was a kid from Belmont who got second at State with his head throw. 

Many wrestlers know this move but rarely use it.

If you are in a match, and you're down by five, hit it.  The Lorenz’s have the best head throws ever, probably!  Their opponents know it’s coming, but they are so good at it, they can’t stop it. 

I am not saying get married to the move, but if you have to gamble with something, you might as well gamble with a head throw!
