They have arguably the best wrestling teams since 1990.

I mean they have won team state seven times since then. They have won Bi-State several times. They are coached by Lewie Benitz and he has even been inducted into the Hall of Fame. He won his first team title in 1974. They turn out a state champ each year.

It is not like they wrestle teams that aren’t any good either. Nobody ever wants to see them on their dual or tournament schedule. Unless they are the same exact caliber or crazy.

All together Rapids have been able to call themselves state champs 13 times and are looking to make it 14 this year.
