Camp Info

I would like to invite your son/daughter to be a part of my weekend camp that I am super excited to put on for area wrestlers. This camp is for wrestlers, grades k-12. The goal of this camp is to focus on scoring from many different positions on the feet and on the mat. I will focus predominantly on set ups, a wide variety of takedowns, and constant pressure in all three positions. By the end of this camp I want each wrestler to become:

  • Confident and have a dominating attitude from all three positions
  • Relentless and create an immense amount of pressure
  • Comfortable on scoring from both sides of the opponent’s body
  • Confident in set ups to shots and set ups that lead to multiple scoring opportunities
  • How to finish takedowns in order to make the most out of every takedown attempt
  • flier
