Tyler Dow 2016 Pan Am Cadet Freestyle Champion – July 03, 2016

Tyler Dow (Stoughton, WI) won the gold medal in the 152 lb. class in Lima, Peru at the 2016 Pam Am Championships

Dow won four matches impressively scoring three technical falls and scored a pin over Vite of Equador in the final match. Tyler outscored his three preliminary opponents 32-0.

The US Cadet team recoreded nine medalists, including five golds, two silvers and two bronze medals, and scored the team title on the way.
USA won all the tournaments contested on the weekend winning Women’s Freestyle, Men’s Greco-Roman and Freestyle. That performance also garnered the trophy as ‘overall champions’ on the weekend winning team titles in all three styles.
