UW Club Team
Gets Names Coaches (11/15/2007)
The UW-Madison club team has announced two new coaches for this coming
season.
Taking the helm as head coach will be Zach Elliot. Zach was a two time
state place winner from Richland Center. He then went on to wrestle in
college at Cal State-Bakersfield and Cal State-Fullerton, the latter of
which he was the varsity starter at 174 pounds. Afterwards, he went on
to coach for one season as an assistant at Madison West High School.
Also coming in as an assistant coach will be another Richland Center
alum - Luke Bailey. Luke was a three-time state champion for the Hornets
and has came to the club this year to help the wrestlers bring their
game to the next level.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to have a wrestler with such
great knowledge and credentials to help us become better wrestlers.
