Wrestling Camps
This camp is designed for serious wrestlers
who want to be challenged physically and
mentally. A new spin has been added to the
traditional intensive camp in that we will spend
time on Freestyle and Greco wrestling. This will
allow for athletes who compete in those styles
to get the intensity of the camp but also allow
them to hone their specific needs and prepare
them for Fargo and Oklahoma. Every area of
wrestling will be covered with specific
attention to mental toughness. Our campers are
exposed daily to world class wrestlers who have
trained and competed at the highest level. We
also incorporate strength and conditioning
sessions into our daily workout plan to show the
campers some of the unique exercises we utilize
during our season. Overall this is a great camp
for any summer wrestler. If you’re looking for
an edge next season or later this summer this
camp is for you.
AGES: 12-18 COST: $600

SKILLS CAMP
SUNDAY JUNE 29 ~ WEDNESDAY JULY 2
The skills camp is designed to teach
fundamentals and drills of the sport of
wrestling. The camp will consist of 80% high end
skill instruction focusing on proper technique
that is valuable at every level of wrestling.
The other20% will allow the athletes to test
their newly learned skills in live combat
situations. This is a great developmental camp
for serious wrestlers from ages 8 to 18. Our
counselors will break down and evaluate each
camper. All athletes will leave camp with a
better understanding of the sport of wrestling.
They will be reminded of what areas they need to
concentrate on to become the best they can be.

TEAM CAMP
SUNDAY JULY 6 ~ WEDNESDAY JULY 9
This camp will consist of 70% team dual meets
and 30% of daily technical instruction. Each
team is assigned a college wrestler as their
head coach to help evaluate and mentor the high
school team. This is a great teambuilding camp
that allows coaches to work closely with our
entire team and staff. This camp will give a
fair evaluation of where the team is at during
the summer months. Teams from all across the
country have attended in years past, so expect
great competition. Please register quickly
because space is limited.
GRADES: 7-12 COST: $300
DEPOSIT: A $100 per camper non-refundable
deposit must accompany your application.
