Membership & USAW Card Frequently Asked Questions
How can I get a USA Card
– Competitor or Coach’s?
Two ways besides buying them from buying
them from USAW Membered Club or at and USAW Sanctioned tournament:
First you can go to wiwrestling.com and click on
Wisconsin Wrestling Federation’s Home page. On
the left hand side of the page you will see memberships Info- click on competitor USAW
Cards or Coach’s USAW Cards and print a copy of the registration form and than mail
it to WWF P.O. Box 404 Wales, WI 53183 with
$30.00 and Sandy Russell will mail a card to you. Please
give this at least 10 days because of the mail.
Second, you can go to themat.com and click
on USA Memberships. You can order your card on
line for additional $4.75 plus the $30.00. Master
Card or Visa are the only way you can pay. Than
you must send WWF P.O. Box 404 Wales, WI 53183
Attn: Sandy Russell a copy of the confirmation
and she will send you a USA Card.
Can I get a card on
the internet and use it right away?
Yes you can by showing your confirmation. However, remember this confirmation will expire in
10 days so you need to send a copy into Sandy Russell in order to get your original USA
Card.
What happens if I
loose a USA Card?
New this year there will be a $5.00 fee for
all lost cards. You need to fill out the form
from the website for Wisconsin Wrestling Federation and send it to Sandy Russell WWF P.O.
Box 404 Wales, WI 53183 everything and she
will reissue you a new card. If you loose your
card more than once than you need to buy a new card for $30.00.
What does a
Coach’s Card do for me?
Coach’s Card does cover a coach in a
Club Sanction practice room and Tournaments for a 2 million dollar liability policy.
How do
I Charter my Club?
Please call Sandy Russell (262-968-9542) and
request the proper 3-part forms. Club charters
are $50.00 per year and $20.00 for additional insurance.
