Date: Friday, February 1
Register at the door (No pre-registration) Register at the door where
the following information will be taken: Name, School, Grade, Weight,
Skill Level (1-just starting to compete 2-has wrestled in the past, 3/4
good, 5-very good wrestler
Teams can fax or email their lineups and the information will be entered
by tournament workers.
Permission slips will be signed and payment made at the door.
Team and Individual Confirmation: All teams must confirm their rosters
and individuals be registered at the door by 5:30.
Any names that are not confirmed at that time will be scratched.
No Weigh-ins: Weights for bracketing will be taken off the registration
forms.
If there are questions concerning a weight, there will be a scale
available.
Divisions: 6th, 7th, and 8th. NOTE: Although we will make every effort
to keep 6th grade separate, these wrestlers may in some instances
wrestle 7th graders. However, we will not wrestle 6th graders against
8th graders without coach or parental approval.
Wrestling Begins: approx. 6:00 Tournament Completion: approx. 9:30
Awards: Medals to 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Team Scoring: Each coach will indicate the 10 wrestlers that will score
for the team. A team may only have one scoring wrestler per bracket.
Points: 1st = 14 2nd = 10 3rd = 7
Team Trophies: Team trophies will be given to the top two tournament
teams.
Entry Fees: Entry Fees: $60 for teams of 10 or more wrestlers.
$8 per wrestler for teams of 9 or less participants.
Wrestling Format: Four-man round robin. We will make every attempt to
get all wrestlers three matches.
Wrestling Area: We will use three mat areas.
Refreshments: A concession stand will be available throughout the
tournament.
First Responders: The first responders will be on site throughout the
tournament.

ARE YOU WORRIED ABOUT EARLY REGISTRATION BECAUSE OF WEIGHT CONCERNS? The
biggest concern that we get with early registration is the issue of a
wrestler not being at the weight that they were registered at when the
event arrives. This should not concern you. WHY? Track Wrestling, the
tournament registration software, allows you to login and change a
wrestler’s weight class until the registration deadline. If you remember
the email and login that you set-up at the time of registration, you
have the ability to make changes to the weight class you entered.
